How to access our service:

We encourage our clients to make book their appointments in the following way:

  • By telephone - Contact The Hangberg Hub on 021 790 1050 OR Hout Bay CDC on 063 633 2123
  • In person by accessing your nearest health facility - Hangberg Hub (Hangberg residents) or the Hout Bay CDC in Victoria Avenue

It is advised that when visiting the facility on your appointment date that patients arrive half and hour prior to the appointment time. 

 

Should any patient be experiencing an emergency, call the ambulance on 10177 immediately.  

How you can help us:

  • Always bring your clinic card and ID when visiting your health facility.
  • Place all suggestions/feedback you may have in the provided “Suggestion box” at our facility so that we can respond timeously to all your concerns.
