Minister Marais to honour 18 provincial Sport Legends

Tomorrow, 15 December 2021, the Western Cape Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais, will honour 18 sporting legends at an award ceremony in Paarl.

The Sport Legends awards are hosted by the Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport to honour sporting legends who contributed to the development and growth of sport in the province and country at large. Legends are over 50 years of age and are nominated according to criteria such as their contributions to transformation in sport.
