BID: B/WCED 2298/15: PRINT, PACK, LABEL AND DELIVER SELF-HELP BOOKLETS TITLED “SELF-HELP GUIDELINES FOR SMART TEENS” APPROPRIATE FOR GRADE 8 TO 10 LEARNERS IN ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS TO SELECTED SCHOOLS OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD.

This bid will be evaluated according to the 80/20 preference point system, in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 pertaining to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act: No 5 of 2000.
