The objective of tourism month is to embrace and celebrate our local hidden gems in Western Cape. The aim is to encourage locals from Western Cape and other provinces to come, experience and explore their best get away sites or destination that our beautiful Western Cape Province has to offer. Western Cape is excited to welcome you safely to our breathtaking photo op sites. Our wide-open spaces and botanical gardens provides peace of mind while adhering to the rules of social distancing and avoiding crowded places.
We have an exciting Tourism month planned in our regions. Some of our highlights are the launch of the Karoo cycle crossing on 22 September, the Overberg amazing race 16 September, a visit to the West Coast and some heritage sites such as the Fossil Park and many more. Join the fun and follow us on social media as we explore your favorite places safely with pride.
