2016 Ministerial Youth Excellence Awards

The DSD Youth Development Strategy proposes an Annual Awards Ceremony  to be hosted by the Minister for Social Development. The awards ceremony will provide the opportunity for government to recognise, affirm and reward excellence in youth development both inside and outside of government. Participation in the awards ceremony will be open to funded and non-funded youth development programmes and initiatives as well as DSD regional offices. The awards will also recognise outstanding individuals that have contributed towards youth excellence in their respective fields of endeavour.
