Media Alert: Blisters for Bread Walk to be Officially Started by Minister Marais
On Sunday, 28 August 2016, Western Cape Minister of Cultural Affairs and Sport, Anroux Marais, will officially shoot off the 48th annual Peninsula School Feeding Association (PSFA) Blisters for Bread walk.
About 12 000 participants will get together to walk either 5kms or 10kms in support of the PSFA, a non-profit organisation that addresses the fact that three out of four children in the Western Cape go to school hungry every day.
