Minister Bonginkosi Madikizela to deliver Departmental Budget Vote Speech

Today, Friday 31 March 2017, the Western Cape Human Settlements Minister, Bonginkosi Madikizela will deliver his departmental Budget Speech for the Department of Human Settlements, in which he will highlight the budget priorities and allocation of funds for the coming financial year, 2017/18.
