Minister Madikizela to Handover Title Deeds in Dromemmedaris, Paarl

Today, 29 June 2016, Minister Bonginkosi Madikizela and the Executive Mayor of Drakenstein Municipality Mr. Conrad Poole will be handing over title deeds to the residents of Drommedaris community within the Drakenstein Municipality.

The title deeds handover is part of the department’s strategic goals of prioritising elderly people receiving houses and inculcate a sense of ownership and responsibility among housing beneficiaries. Through receiving the deeds, beneficiaries are formally empowered as home owners.
