Passing away of Officer CJ Olivier

26 February 2017

On the 1st of April we (Provincial Traffic) lost one of our officers in a car accident. The accident happened near Riebeek-Kasteel and Riebeek West. She was stationed at Provincial Traffic Vredenburg. From Gene Louw Traffic College we extend our condolences to the family. In another car accident an off duty officer from a Local Authority also died in the Worcester area a few hours after officer Olivier.

A Scripture for the family of Officer CJ Olivier

"13Maar, broeders, ek wil nie hê dat julle onkundig moet wees met betrekking tot die ontslapenes nie, sodat julle nie treur soos die ander wat geen hoop het nie. 14Want as ons glo dat Jesus gesterwe en opgestaan het, dan sal God ook so die wat in Jesus ontslaap het, saam met Hom bring."

1 Thessalonicense 4:13-14 (53)

“13Now we do not want you to be uninformed, believers, about those who are asleep [in death], so that you will not grieve [for them] as the others do who have no hope [beyond this present life]. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again [as in fact He did], even so God [in this same way--by raising them from the dead] will bring with Him those [believers] who have fallen asleep in Jesus.”

1 THESSALONIANS 4:13-14 (AMP)

“13Ke kaloku andithandi ukuba ningazi, bazalwana, mayela nabalele ukufa, ukuze ningabi buhlungu njengabanye abangenathemba bona. 14Kuba xa sikholwa ukuba uYesu wafa, wabuya wavuka, kwangokunjalo naye uThixo woza nabo abalele ukufa ngaye uYesu, kunye naye.”

KWABASETESALONIKA I 4:13-14 (XHO75)
