Development of Women in Sport

Sport and Recreation Services aims to ensure that women and girls continue participating in sport and recreation mass participation programmes. They aim to establish and support organisational structures for women and girls in sport and recreation and to create an environment for the identifying and nurturing of sport talent of women and girls. Activities include: tournaments targeting women and girls, life skills training focused on mentorship, and research into the levels of participation.
